Rated 1 out of 5 by MarkD17 from Pure Brilliant Cream I painted two coats of this paint on my bedroom ceilings and I checked them at differents times of the day thinking theyre more of an off-white but I thought maybe my eyes were deceiving me. Ive just re-painted one of the ceilings and done a test patch in another room with Leyland White Matt and the difference.
